Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Compensation & Equity Expert (Total Rewards) to build salary bands, leveling frameworks, and equity programs from the ground up. This remote, hourly contractor role leads annual compensation cycles, merit planning, and promotion decisions, with strong benchmarking against peers and a focus on simple, credible incentive structures.
