Scribd is seeking a Staff Cloud Security Engineer to shape the technical direction of Cloud Security and drive architectural initiatives across AWS and GCP. You will collaborate with engineers to strengthen identity, guardrails, and workload protection, balancing long-term security with immediate risks.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes secure-by-default practices, Terraform modules, and security automation to enable secure cloud delivery across Scribd's infrastructure.

• Experience designing and implementing cloud security guardrails at scale.
• Hands-on security leadership across AWS and GCP environments.
• Proven ability to drive security standards without formal authority.

• Set the Cloud Security architecture across AWS and GCP.
