• Master’s degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in chemical engineering or related field.
• Experience with process safety, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and execute technical objectives with limited oversight.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional and global teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically, with possible international travel.

• Apply chemical engineering principles to support design, development, scale-up, and optimization of chemical processes and manufacturing technologies.
• Conduct hands-on experimentation in laboratory, pilot, and manufacturing settings to evaluate process concepts and support technology transfer.
• Use structured problem-solving methods to investigate process issues, identify root causes, and support resolution of manufacturing or chemical process upsets.
• Support process safety efforts, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Analyze and interpret technical data using statistical and experimental methods to improve process understanding and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical challenges, evaluate solutions, and support project execution.
• Document technical work through reports, presentations, and other written materials, including support for intellectual property development where applicable.
