You will troubleshoot equipment, support process improvements, collaborate with scientists and technicians, and ensure safe, compliant operation while delivering reliable results in fast-moving development environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
Proven track record in technical/engineering environments.
Hands-on troubleshooting with equipment and mechanical systems.
Experience in prototype development, pilot operations, or specialized equipment support.
Willingness to collaborate with scientists, technicians, and engineers.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day hands-on engineering and troubleshooting support across development, research, and pilot-scale operations.
Troubleshoot equipment, mechanical systems, material flow, and related issues; implement corrective actions.
Support equipment modifications, setup changes, repairs, and documentation in an iterative development environment.
Partner with scientists, technicians, and engineers to develop practical solutions for evolving process needs.
Assist with new product/process introductions through equipment installation, certification, training, and support.
Build understanding of equipment and process interactions in focused engineering areas.
Ensure safe equipment operation and compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
