Qualifications
5+ years of experience in chemical process development or manufacturing.
Experience with reaction chemistry and complex process troubleshooting.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or willingness to obtain.
Responsibilities
Apply chemical engineering principles to process design and optimization.
Design and execute experiments to optimize operating conditions.
Conduct root-cause analysis for process challenges.
Interface with R&D, Operations, Quality, and Marketing.
