Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in chemical process development or manufacturing.
• Experience with reaction chemistry and complex process troubleshooting.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Apply chemical engineering principles to process design and optimization.
• Design and execute experiments to optimize operating conditions.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for process challenges.
• Interface with R&D, Operations, Quality, and Marketing.
• Maintain laboratory safety protocols.
