Job summary

WeldWerks Brewing Co in Greeley, Colorado is seeking a Staff Brewer to join our production team. You will manage wort production from milling to knock out, run CIP/SIP, oversee fermentation, dry hopping, and transfers to brite tanks, while keeping precise batch documentation and safe working conditions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of and a passion for craft beer and the brewing industry.
• Strong understanding of maintenance needs of production equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional brewing or similar manufacturing experience preferred.
• Remain calm under pressure or when dealing with unexpected production delays or changes.
• Be a strong and trusting team player.
• Maintain relationships with coworkers, vendors and other breweries.
• Strong work ethic and can do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Wort production from milling to knock out.
• Tank CIP/SIP and fermentation management.
• Dry hopping, fruit/adjunct additions.
• Operate filter, centrifuge, and flash pasteurizer.
• Transferring finished beer to brite tanks.
