Odell Brewing in Fort Collins, CO seeks a Brewhouse and Cellar Technician to support day-to-day brewing and cellar operations. The role covers centrifuge operation, carbonation, fermentation monitoring, and environmental cleaning, with a focus on quality and safety.

You will mix raw materials per recipe, assist yeast monitoring and pitching, manage equipment like flash pasteurizer, and help maintain clean vessels.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• 2-5 years brewing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of automated and semi-automated brewing processes.
• Commitment to cleanliness and quality standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate centrifuge, carbonation, fermentation monitoring and cleaning.
• Mix raw materials and water per recipe.
• Clean and sanitize fermentation vessels and equipment.
• Support yeast monitoring, harvesting and pitching.
• Operate flash pasteurizer and barrel work.
• Coordinate daily on-shift brewing processes with the team.
