Job summary

Odell Brewing Company seeks a Brewhouse & Cellar Technician in Fort Collins, CO. This role involves day-to-day brewing/ cellar operations, and a rotating schedule including night shifts with pay differential and weekends.

You will support wort production, yeast handling, sanitation, and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of brewing experience, familiarity with automated processes, strong cleanliness norms, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional brewing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of automated and semi-automated brewing processes.
• Strong cleanliness and quality standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and adhere to safety standards.
• Flexibility to rotate schedule including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate centrifuge, carbonation, dry hopping, adjunct additions, fermentation monitoring, and environmental cleaning.
• Mix and blend raw materials, water, and other ingredients per recipe.
• Clean and sanitize fermentation vessels, processing equipment, and the surrounding environment.
• Support yeast monitoring, harvesting, and pitching functions.
• Operate the flash pasteurizer and manage barrel work.
• Maintain wort quality by coordinating daily brewing processes and team collaboration.
• Clean brewing vessels and equipment; manage Hop Cooler and Malt Handling Room.
• Weigh and stage raw materials for Brewhouse and Cellar consumption; prep materials for pilot facilities.
