Job summary

Prost Brewing Company in Northglenn, Colorado is seeking a skilled, self-driven brewer to join our overnight production team. You will handle raw materials, finished goods, brewing, cellaring, and packaging, operating our full range of brewing systems, and owning quality and safety as Prost scales.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Brewing or related field, 3+ years of operations in beer, and strong communication, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Brewing, Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field.
• 3+ years of operations experience in beer industry.
• Able to work independently and in a team with good communication.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-priority management.
• Knowledge of brewery regulatory compliance and beer science.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Participate in quality assurance and safety programs.
• Drive brewery achievement through personal development and continuous improvement.
• Support training of new employees as volume grows.
• Communicate with Engineering and Maintenance on PM and calibration schedules.
• Own KPI targets across production, quality, brewing, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Hold yourself and others accountable and foster team alignment.
• Maintain a culture of innovation and engagement.
• Assist with marketing, promotions, and public events as needed.
