BairesDev is seeking a Staff Backend Engineer - Python to join our fully remote team. You will work on backend systems powering scalable products for clients worldwide, taking ownership from design to deployment.

You will implement microservices, leverage AWS serverless, and craft data models using PostgreSQL and DynamoDB. Strong English skills are essential to collaborate with our global Top 1% talent community.

Formación

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience with Python
• Hands-on experience with AWS Serverless (Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, API Gateway)
• Background in PostgreSQL and DynamoDB
• Proficiency in microservices and event-driven architecture
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS
• Advanced proficiency in English

Responsabilidades

• Design and build backend services on AWS serverless infrastructure
• Own complete features end-to-end from design through deployment
• Design microservices and event-driven systems that scale reliably
• Containerize and orchestrate services using Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS
• Design data models across PostgreSQL and DynamoDB
• Design APIs consumed by web and mobile applications
