Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Staff Backend Engineer - Python to join our fully remote team. You will work on backend systems powering scalable products for clients worldwide, taking ownership from design to deployment.

You will implement microservices, leverage AWS serverless, and craft data models using PostgreSQL and DynamoDB. Strong English skills are essential to collaborate with our global Top 1% talent community.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience with Python
• Hands-on experience with AWS Serverless (Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, API Gateway)
• Background in PostgreSQL and DynamoDB
• Proficiency in microservices and event-driven architecture
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS
• Advanced proficiency in English

Staff Backend Engineer - Python at BairesDev

In this role, you'll bring deep technical expertise to the backend systems behind products serving millions of collectors. This is a hands-on position where your judgment on architecture and design directly raises the bar for the whole team.
