Rise Technical in New York, NY seeks a Senior Backend/Staff Engineer to own the booking domain and external API used by partners and authorized AI agents to price, hold, book, modify and cancel experiences.

You will lead architecture and build robust integration patterns at scale on Rails, Postgres, OpenSearch and AWS, with Node.js in use. This on-site role offers a 4-day week and clear promotion cycles for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Experience building high-volume transactional systems.
• Strong API design and partner integration experience.
• Leadership in technical roadmap and architecture.

Responsibilities
