Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union is seeking a Staff Architect to shape scalable, secure technology solutions aligned with our strategic direction. You will lead architecture governance, drive cloud and infrastructure initiatives (Azure), and mentor junior architects to strengthen our architectural capabilities across teams.

You will collaborate with leaders, partners, and production teams to reduce technical debt, ensure regulatory alignment, and deliver lasting value for our members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7 years of experience designing and implementing technology architectures and delivering multiple complex solutions (implied in the description).
• Lean/Agile/Scrum methodologies knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise solutions aligned with strategic objectives and governance.
• Strengthen application portfolio management and architecture standards.
• Lead architecture governance, design reviews, and change advisory activities.
• Drive cloud and infrastructure architecture with focus on Azure.
• Own and review complex architecture work across teams.
