Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union is seeking a Staff Architect to shape scalable, secure technology solutions supporting our strategic direction and evolving tech landscape. You will lead architecture across cloud, infrastructure, applications, and governance, guiding teams through complex decisions while aligning with security, risk, and regulatory expectations.

You will collaborate across architects and business partners, mentor junior staff, and apply modern AI tools to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically requires 7 years of experience designing and implementing technology architectures, including experience managing delivery of multiple simultaneous complex technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise solution architectures aligned with strategic objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
• Govern application portfolio management, evaluating applications, platforms, architecture alignment, and technology decisions.
• Participate in architecture governance, design reviews, and change advisory activities; establish and maintain architecture standards, processes, and constraints.
• Drive cloud and infrastructure architecture with focus on Microsoft Azure and modern hosting environments.
• Lead multiple complex architecture efforts; develop, review, document, and challenge designs with teams.
