You will drive architecture decisions, collaborate with customers and clinicians, and mentor engineers, delivering field-proven patterns into scalable platform capabilities that impact intake, denial rates, and billing

• Experience building with LLMs and agents in production.
• Ability to mentor engineers across deployments.
