Concurrence Inc. is engineering a platform for healthcare AI, building production-grade AI agents and decision support used inside health systems.

You will own customer use cases end-to-end, from deployment briefs to production and beyond, designing architectures, timelines, and delivering measurable improvements in intake handling, denials reduction, and faster billing closure. We value hands-on experience with LLMs and agents in production, and the ability to work with clinicians and customers

Qualifications

• Experience shipping complex production systems end to end.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agents in production.
• Rigorous approach to non-deterministic systems and testing.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and clinicians.
• Strong craft; systems fail loudly to you before customers.

Responsibilities

• Own a whole use case from brief to production and beyond.
• Design internal architecture, set timelines, and ship with accountability.
• Build agent systems with hierarchies and safety gates for clinical use.
• Translate customer needs into platform capabilities and data lookups.
• Push proven work into deterministic platform features across teams.
• Mentor engineers on your use case and document work clearly.
