Job summary

Concurrence (formerly Amigo) is hiring a Senior Applied AI Engineer to own end-to-end customer use cases, taking deployments from brief to production and beyond. You will design architectures, set timelines, and ship at a pace that delivers tangible improvements in patient intake, denials, and billing speed.

Qualifications

• Have shipped and owned complex production systems end to end, with real users depending on them.
• Have real experience building with LLMs and agents in production, or the depth to get there fast.
• Are comfortable in the room with customers and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Own a whole use case from deployment brief to production and beyond, setting design and timelines.
• Build agent systems that hold up in clinical settings with hierarchies of agents and evals.
• Handle integration with EHRs, legacy systems, and customer data across shapes and formats.
• Make field-proven patterns first-class platform capabilities and push proven work down to deterministic data lookups.
• Raise issues early when a spec is unvetted or an integration isn’t supported, and mentor teammates while writing usable documentation.
