Job summary

Concurrence is hiring a Senior Applied AI Engineer to own complete customer use cases from brief to production, shaping architecture and timelines. You will build scalable agent ecosystems that operate safely in clinical settings and integrate with major EHR systems, turning field patterns into platform capabilities.

You will lead cross-functional work with clinicians and customers, mentor engineers, and document solutions to enable reuse across the platform.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping and owning complex production systems end to end.
• Real experience building with LLMs and agents in production.
• Ability to manage customer-facing deployments from brief to production.

Responsibilities

• Own a whole use case end-to-end—from deployment brief to production and beyond.
• Build scalable agent systems with hierarchies and robust eval gates.
• Integrate with EHR systems and legacy data sources.
• Translate customer needs into platform capabilities and reusable components.
• Collaborate with clinicians and customers to ensure safe, effective deployments.
• Mentor teammates and document approaches for reuse across projects.
