Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a highly technical Senior Analyst to support the Analytics team. You will lead analytics projects, translate complex data into actionable insights, and develop standard and ad hoc reports.

The role requires 3+ years in data analytics and 1+ year in PBM/healthcare, with strong SQL, Tableau, and cloud data warehouse experience. The position is hybrid, based in NYC or Denver metro areas, with a focus on delivering high-quality, compliant analytics and data-driven decision

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in PBM, health plans, healthcare, or Medicare.
• Experience with pharmacy claims data, medical claims data, and client reporting metrics.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, with strong coding hygiene and documentation practices.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau.
• Knowledge of data engineering fundamentals and cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights effectively.
• Experience mentoring team members and leading knowledge sharing.
• Attention to detail & commitment to delivering high quality work product.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects with stakeholders to develop reporting solutions and insights.
• Produce strategic insights on program performance, compliance, utilization trends, and financial projections.
• Maintain documentation of query logic, methodologies, and key assumptions.
• Develop recurring firm-wide insights report that synthesizes key trends, metrics and opportunities across departments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align insights with regulatory and financial considerations.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making across teams and leadership.
