Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Staff Workforce Engineer to set technical standards for the Digital Workforce tool portfolio and guide deployment strategies enterprise‑wide. You will mentor engineers and act as a technical multiplier across multiple tools, including AI integrations.

You will design scalable architectures, govern Copilot and 365 enablement, and partner with security and vendor teams to ensure compliant deployments. Hybrid work option offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years in Digital Workforce domains with architecture experience.
• Deep expertise across two domains (digital employee experience, Microsoft 365, automation, or security).
• Ability to set standards and design cross‑system architecture without formal management authority.
• Experience with enterprise platforms and telemetry pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design deployment strategies across multiple tools and set engineering standards.
• Architect data pipelines and cross‑system integrations for employee experience platforms.
• Lead Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 enablement at enterprise scale.
• Improve evaluation standards and reference libraries for AI tools.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate cross‑tool initiatives within the lane.
• Partner with security, risk, and vendor teams to ensure compliance.
• Influence engineering practice and adopt technical standards across the Digital Workforce function.
