Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union seeks a Workforce Experience Analyst to maintain the digital employee experience measurement program. You will run surveys, build dashboards, and ensure data quality across employee groups and devices.

You will supply evidence for tool evaluations, package time-savings data for AI initiatives, and support monthly and quarterly reporting. Privacy and aggregated data practices are essential to this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years of analytics, employee research, IT measurement, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with data stewardship, dashboard development, and survey methodology.
• Familiarity with enterprise DEX platforms and Viva Insights.
• Ability to translate telemetry and survey results into clear findings for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Attention to data quality and employee privacy.

Responsibilities

• Run the digital employee experience measurement program including surveys, dashboards, and data quality.
• Supply evidence for tool evaluations using survey data and documented employee needs.
• Capture and package time-savings evidence for AI and automation initiatives.
• Contribute data and analysis to monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Bring current experience data into weekly planning for evidence-based decisions.
• Apply privacy discipline and aggregate data wherever possible.
