Job summary
Kantata is hiring a Staff Engineer, AI Transformation to design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-driven tools across our post-sales ecosystem. You will architect internal web apps, AI agents, and MCP integrations spanning Customer Success, CX Operations, Professional Services, and Renewals.
You will own the full lifecycle from architecture to production deployment, ensuring scalable solutions without proportional headcount growth, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack or backend software engineering with production code.
- Hands-on experience building generative AI apps and agent-based automation.
- Familiarity with MCP or building API integrations between LLMs and enterprise tools.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and deploy internal web apps and AI agents.
- Develop custom skills and MCP integrations across post-sales ops.
- Connect enterprise systems via MCP and APIs securely.
- Redesign workflows in Customer Success and CX Operations.
- Implement governance, privacy, rate limits and human oversight.
- Measure adoption, capacity gains, cycle time, and cost-to-serve.
- Lead initiatives from architecture to production deployment.
