Job summary

Ciklum is seeking a Senior Agentic Engineer to lead AI-driven, scalable solutions across our OpsTech ecosystem. You will design, develop, and implement automated, self-service workflows, integrating AI outputs into robust operational tools, while balancing reliability and innovation.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Product, and Engineering, delivering improvements within two-week sprints and leveraging low-code and custom development to replace manual

Qualifications

Experience leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and LLMs to accelerate development and automate tasks.
Experience with REST APIs to connect disparate systems.
Great scripting experience required.
Hands-on Azure experience: Function Apps, Automation Accounts, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps.
Experience with Zendesk and SF ticketing systems.
Ability to translate high-level requirements into technical designs.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical health, stability, and scalability of operational systems and internal tools.
Manage and optimize Zendesk ticketing ecosystem, workflows, integrations, and automation.
Lead design and development of automated and self-service AI-driven solutions.
Resolve complex technical issues from investigation to permanent fix.
Plan and execute work within two-week sprint cycles.
Design and maintain system integrations and platform capabilities for Operations and CX.
