Job summary

RoboStrategy seeks an AI Transformation Engineer to redesign and automate how we operate across investment research, diligence, distribution, marketing and operations. You will build and deploy AI tools, agents and automated workflows to unlock efficiency and scale.

You will ship working tools quickly, drive firm-wide adoption, and continuously test new models while integrating data sources with compliance in mind.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in software engineering, applied AI or similar technical role.

Responsibilities

• Improve how teams work by mapping processes and identifying bottlenecks where AI can save time.
• Build internal AI tools and agentic workflows that automate research, diligence, reporting, content and operations.
• Integrate data sources and internal platforms so tools work from up-to-date information.
• Champion AI adoption by training the team and documenting what you build.
• Stay ahead by testing new models and tools and recommending what to adopt.
