Job summary

Dolby Cloud Solutions is seeking a Staff-level engineer to own the AI systems architecture and the shared AI infrastructure that powers our OptiView capabilities. You will design patterns, standards, and integration approaches, and act as the technical authority on architectural decisions across teams.

You will work with stakeholders to shape requirements, build end-to-end, and collaborate with Product Engineering on shared infrastructure, APIs, and platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-powered systems and data integrations.
• Proven ability to set technical standards and drive architecture decisions.
• Strong coding skills in Python or TypeScript/Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI systems architecture and data/integration layer.
• Build and maintain integrations between business systems (CRM, billing, support, product usage).
• Collaborate with Product Engineering on infrastructure and platform capabilities.
• Configure and manage API connections with proper security controls.
• Stand up shared hosting infrastructure for agents and automations.
• Develop AI-powered workflows for business teams and iterate rapidly.
