You will lead cross‑functional teams, mentor AI engineers, and engage with vendors to stay ahead of AI trends while upholding governance, security, and responsible‑AI practices across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering.
• 8+ years in enterprise AI/architecture.
• Hands-on experience designing AI reference architectures.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration across technical teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Dolby's AI reference architecture across groups.
• Own the roadmap for agentic systems platforms and implementation plans.
• Design cross‑platform AI integration frameworks with data and infrastructure.
• Optimize AI compute and token usage as adoption scales.
• Provide technical leadership to AI engineers and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Partner with Data and Infrastructure teams for enterprise alignment.
• Build strategic relationships with vendors and industry peers.
• Support AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
