Job summary

Dolby is seeking an AI Solution Architect to lead our AI & Business Enablement efforts. You will shape Dolby's AI reference architecture, drive the agentic systems roadmap, and ensure alignment between AI, data, and infrastructure strategies.

This senior role requires hands-on design work, architectural leadership, and collaboration with data and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable AI solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in enterprise architecture, AI/ML engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience designing AI reference architectures and agentic systems.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for executives and stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration with data and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, evolve, and maintain Dolby's AI reference architecture with scalable standards.
• Own the roadmap for agentic systems platforms and translate objectives into plans.
• Design cross‑platform AI integration frameworks connecting AI with data platforms.
• Guide optimization of AI compute and token usage as adoption scales.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineers and stakeholders.
• Build strategic relationships with vendors and industry peers to stay ahead.
