Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer, AI, to embed with key departments and deliver full-stack, production-ready applications using advanced AI tools. You will scope, design, and ship solutions end-to-end, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Security, People, and Legal.

You’ll balance speed, scope, and quality while maintaining high security and governance standards. Ideal candidates bring autonomy, strong communication, and hands-on experience with AI coding

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of delivering full-stack applications.
• Proficient in at least one backend language (Python, Node.js/JavaScript) with frontend capability.

Responsibilities

• Embed with a department to understand workflows and pain points before coding.
• Design and build full-stack, production-ready apps using modern frameworks and internal APIs.
• Own end-to-end delivery including architecture, testing, deployment, and handoff.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Data teams to meet security and compliance standards.
• Codify reusable patterns and playbooks from each engagement for future use.
• Measure success through production adoption and business impact.
