Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Software Engineering to lead AI engineering teams delivering production-grade AI capabilities and platform services. You will partner with Product, Architecture, Security, Data, and Infrastructure to translate AI strategy into reliable software outcomes in a fast-paced, security-focused environment.

You will mentor managers and engineers, drive collaboration across globally distributed teams, and help shape organization design and quarterly planning

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software or machine-learning engineering.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record shipping production-grade software or AI at scale.
• Strong depth in distributed systems and cloud-native services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow AI engineering teams delivering production AI capabilities.
• Drive strategic AI initiatives across the organization with measurable outcomes.
• Translate roadmaps into technical plans, milestones, and team delivery.
