Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with client security and engineering teams, delivering production-ready AI security solutions. You will own outcomes: reduce attack surface, secure AI deployments, and improve security posture in real environments.

You will use Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot as primary tooling, build detection and governance frameworks, and shape security strategies for enterprise AI programs across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in production environments with a cybersecurity discipline depth.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production.
• Minimum 8 years of end-to-end security delivery ownership in client-embedded or production environments.
• Minimum 8 years working with Cloud platform security fundamentals (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (if Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments across complex client environments.
• Deliver hands-on security engineering using agentic coding tools in daily delivery practice.
• Own AI-specific threat surface management at programme scale (OWASP LLM Top 10, prompt injection hardening, model risk).
• Architect and govern AI security controls across the enterprise stack (identity, data pipeline, model serving).
• Lead AI governance framework implementation (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF).
• Shape AI reinvention security strategy for client CISO/CTO and develop risk-adjusted investment cases.
• Define and publish reusable security patterns, playbooks, and accelerators.
• Lead architecture design sessions and threat modeling workshops with client teams.
• Maintain cybersecurity domain expertise in at least one discipline.
• Engage in proposal development and client engagements.
