Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Staff Forward Deployed Engineer, AI, to embed with multiple departments and ship production‑grade internal tools rapidly. You will work hands‑on across full‑stack development, using modern AI assistants, and balance speed with quality in a security‑minded organization.

You’ll partner with IT, Security, Data, and product teams, translate ambiguous requests into tangible applications, and drive adoption while maintaining governance and long‑term supportability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing, building, and shipping full‑stack apps.
• Proficient in Python or Node.js with frontend capability.
• Experience using AI coding assistants and APIs to accelerate dev.

Responsibilities

• Embed with a department for a defined engagement and map workflows.
• Scope and build full‑stack apps using modern frameworks and APIs.
• Own delivery end to end: architecture, build, test, deploy, handoff.
• Collaborate with AI tools to shorten build cycles with stakeholders.
• Explicitly trade off scope, speed, and quality for momentum.
• Partner with IT, Security, and Data to meet governance standards.
• Codify patterns into reusable building blocks for others.
• Provide feedback to platform/product/data teams on outcomes.
• Measure success via adoption and business impact.
