Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering on large-scale systems with Golang and React.
• Experience shipping features on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Proven vendor integrations management and ongoing operational oversight.
• Experience building and operating high-traffic platforms with caching, load balancing, and distributed debugging.
• Proficiency in event-driven architectures (Kafka, MQ), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and service communication (gRPC, GraphQL).
• Experience working across distributed teams and time zones with clear technical storytelling.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end user-facing features using Golang, React, and cloud technologies.
• Lead assessment, selection, and implementation of third-party tools and vendor integrations.
• Drive cross-functional delivery with product, design, security, data, and engineering teams.
• Architect platform improvements and reusable capabilities across teams.
• Own reliability for Tier-1 compliance systems and mentor engineers.
