Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to lead hands-on development for our enterprise Intelligence platform, powering our mobile and web applications.

You will drive the architecture of our AI ecosystem, integrate third-party vendor agents, and mentor engineers across internal and external teams. You will lead delivery in a cloud-native Azure environment, design secure agent templates and MCP/A2A connectors, and set high engineering standards including BYOA, testing, and CI/CD.

Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering experience required.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern API development.
• Experience designing, deploying, and observing LLM-powered applications and multi-agent workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hands-on development for the Agentic AI platform with focus on security, scalability, and performance in a cloud-native Azure environment.
• Define architecture for secure, reusable agent templates, orchestration workflows, and MCP/A2A connectors.
• Establish BYOA standards, automated testing, and CI/CD release pipelines with QA and DevOps.
• Mentor and perform code reviews for internal and contractor teams to ensure technical excellence and AI security best practices.
• Integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and speed up execution.
