Securitas USA is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to lead hands-on development of an enterprise Intelligence platform that powers its mobile and web apps. You will drive AI ecosystem architecture, integrate third-party agents, and mentor engineers across teams.

Responsibilities include designing secure agent templates and MCP/A2A connectors, enforcing BYOA standards, and advancing CI/CD with QA/DevOps. Hybrid/remote work options are available in the US.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and modern API development.
• Experience with LLM-powered applications and multi-agent workflows.

Responsabilités

• Lead hands-on development for an enterprise AI platform with a cloud-native Azure setup.
• Define secure, reusable agent templates and connectors for MCP and A2A workflows.
• Establish BYOA standards, automated testing, and CI/CD release processes.
• Mentor engineers and review code to maintain technical excellence and AI security.
• Integrate GenAI and automation tools to optimize workflows.
