Job summary

Snowflake's Observe product seeks a Staff Frontend Software Engineer to lead AI-powered frontend engineering. You will own architectural decisions for the AI Products frontend, design interfaces for multi-step agent workflows, and drive real-time, trustworthy user experiences.

You'll mentor engineers, collaborate with product and design, and influence the roadmap to deliver high-impact, scalable features across production systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including frontend at scale.
• Expert-level TypeScript proficiency and strong opinions on code structure.
• Experience building complex, interactive web apps and owning product surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for AI Products frontend architecture and scaling.
• Shape frontend for agentic AI interfaces and real-time streaming UI.
• Contribute to Observe Slack integration and future platform integrations.
