Job summary

DDN is seeking a Staff Integrations and AI Engineer for the Order-to-Cash domain to lead integrations across the GTM Business Systems landscape. This hands-on role partners with Deal Desk, Order Management, Fulfillment, Billing and Revenue, delivering secure, scalable integrations and AI-enabled automation.

You will balance traditional integration patterns with API-driven automation in a fast-paced environment, driving reliability and evolvable data flows across systems.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end design and deployment of integrations between SFDC and downstream systems.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and data flows.
• Experience with Workato or similar iPaaS and SFDC security.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and support of SFDC integrations with finance systems.
• Collaborate with Deal Desk, Order Management, Fulfillment, Billing, and Revenue to design data flows.
• Build integrations using SFDC tools: Platform Events, Change Data Capture, SOQL, Bulk API.
• Develop REST and SOAP API based integrations; use JSON, XML, GraphQL where appropriate.
• Own troubleshooting, monitoring, and production support; improve resiliency and documentation.
