Job summary

DDN is seeking a Staff Integrations and AI Engineer (Order-to-Cash) to lead technical design and execution of integrations across the Order-to-Cash ecosystem. You will collaborate with Deal Desk, Order Management, Fulfillment, Billing, and Revenue teams to deliver secure, scalable integrations and automations, including AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on integration development experience with SFDC, Workato, and Order-to-Cash.
• Experience leading integration work from requirements through design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Proficiency with Workato, SOQL, Bulk API, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and SFDC security.
• Strong communication skills to explain data tradeoffs, risks, and delivery status.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and support of SFDC integrations with finance and fulfillment systems.
• Partner with Deal Desk, Order Management, Fulfillment, Billing, Revenue, and GTM Business Systems to translate needs into designs.
• Build integrations using SFDC tools such as Platform Events, Change Data Capture, SOQL, and Bulk API.
• Develop REST and SOAP API based automations (JSON, XML, GraphQL where applicable).
• Utilize iPaaS technology like Workato to orchestrate workflows with Oracle EBS and Workday Financials.
• Provide technical leadership on integration patterns and data movement approaches.
• Own troubleshooting, monitoring, root-cause analysis, and production support.
