Job summary

Heyden Supply seeks an AI Integrations Developer to design and build AI-driven tooling connecting our ERP, ecommerce platform, and marketplaces. This hands-on role reports to the Ecommerce Director and involves shipping code, not roadmap planning.

The position focuses on integrating ERP, e-commerce, and marketplace channels, with a backlog of work to keep you busy full-time on-site at our Duluth, GA office.

Qualifications

• Solid backend development experience in Python or Node/TypeScript.
• Experience building or consuming REST APIs and webhook/event-driven integrations.
• Practical experience with LLM/AI tooling: function calling, RAG, vector databases, or agent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server against our ERP system to power AI-driven internal workflows.
• Develop integrations between ERP, ecommerce platform, and marketplace channels (e.g. Amazon SP-API).
• Design event-driven and API-based automations that reduce manual, repetitive work across the business.
• Work with LLM tooling to build practical AI-powered workflows, not just prototypes.
• Build with data integrity and reliability in mind; favor incremental, well-tested rollouts over big-bang changes.
• Partner with the Ecommerce Director to prioritize and scope new integration projects.
