Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Manager for the Partner Integrations team to lead integrations with POS systems and aggregators used by top restaurant partners. You will manage a team of Technical Account Managers, coordinate with product and engineering, and drive go-to-market initiatives and data-driven improvements.

You’ll help shape AI-enabled tooling to enhance integration quality and scale operations. The role requires 6+ years in relevant fields, strong API and SQL fluency, and proven leadership in

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management or related fields.
• Strong technical fluency, especially in API-based integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, or automation.
• Proven experience managing others in hybrid IC/Manager roles.
• Experience driving cross-functional results with competing priorities.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for analysis and investigation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of partner integrations by driving initiatives across teams and partners.
• Identify, resolve, and elevate day-to-day integration issues.
• Serve as the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships and leading implementation.
• Partner with product, engineering, and operations to discover data-driven improvements and scalable workflows.
• Help define the integrations roadmap with opportunities where AI tooling can improve quality and self-service.
