Job summary

Ironclad is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer, Automations & Integrations, to lead enterprise-wide automations and AI-assisted workflows. You will design scalable integrations across key systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, BambooHR) and support teams with reliable, governed data flows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automation/integration roles.
• Expertise with Workato as primary automation platform.
• Experience with Glean or similar AI knowledge platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce/NetSuite/BambooHR/Okta.

Responsibilities

• Design and build robust automations and integrations across business systems with focus on reliability and observability.
• Lead complex, cross-functional integration projects end-to-end for GTM, EPD, and G&A stakeholders.
• Operationalize AI-powered workflows by integrating Glean and other AI tools into systems.
• Establish and evolve standards for automation design, testing, monitoring, and security/compliance.
• Implement error handling and alerting for automations with runbooks and remediation patterns.
• Model and promote best engineering practices in Workato and related stacks.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business problems into technical designs and roadmaps.
• Mentor and uplift other engineers and analysts in automation and AI capabilities.
