Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Staff AI Engineer for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in property management. This is a full-time, 100% remote opportunity for candidates anywhere in the US, with AI-native development workflows and agentic coding tools to transform the software lifecycle.

You will design scalable AI platform components, lead end-to-end experiments, and contribute to code quality.

Qualifications

• Proven staff-level engineer with deep software architecture experience.
• Hands-on with AI coding agents integrated into daily development and debugging processes.
• Strong system design instincts and pragmatic approach for ambiguous environments.
• Deep experience with CI/CD, PRs, debugging, alerting, and deployment strategies.
• History of rapid prototyping and running learning loops to ship products.
• Autonomous work style with proactive blockers-raising to maintain momentum.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-native platform components (workflow orchestration, agent infrastructure, third-party integrations).
• Oversee end-to-end experimentation loops from hypothesis to measurement.
• Review code, refactor, and maintain AI development loop quality.
• Hands-on engineering to build and ship core platform components.
• Lead experimentation ownership and lightweight technical planning.
• Collaborate across teams with async communication.
