B-Stock is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, scale, and maintain the next generation of our marketplace platform. You will collaborate with Product, Design, and other teams to deliver AI-native solutions, partnering with expert leads to drive key initiatives in a fast-moving environment.

You will work with product owners to design and deploy systems that scale our e-commerce and fulfillment operations, delivering high-quality software quickly while leveraging AI acceleration

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• AI-native engineer with experience using AI-assisted tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ownership mindset.
• Clear, friendly communication and collaboration across teams.
• Proven ability in agile environments and delivering incremental value.
• Bonus: scaling backend, CI/CD, and AI-powered features.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy scalable systems for e-commerce, content, and fulfillment.
• Deliver software quickly while leveraging AI with quality and ownership intact.
• Provide thought leadership on processes, tooling, and architecture for AI adoption.
