You will collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product teams to deliver AI-powered software, optimize performance, and mentor engineers while upholding ethical and responsible AI standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/AI/EE/CE or related field with 6–8+ years of AI/ML experience
• 8+ years of experience programming with Python, Go, Scala, CUDA, or Java

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components
• Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI technologies
• Invent and optimize foundation model techniques for performance and cost
• Contribute to the technical vision and long-term AI roadmap
• Set enterprise-wide AI architecture direction
• Own model routing, caching, and orchestration systems
• Champion responsible AI principles
• Drive internal education and mentorship through AI guilds
