The role focuses on designing and integrating model routing, caching, and orchestration, plus guardrails and observability, enabling responsible, high-performance AI across the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and extensive AI/ML algorithm development experience.
• 8+ years programming with Python/Go/Scala/CUDA/Java.
• Experience with cloud AI deployments and scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, PMs to deliver AI-powered products.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components.
• Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI technologies such as AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, PyTorch.
• Advance foundation model optimization for large-scale production AI systems.
• Set architectural direction for enterprise-wide AI tooling and governance.
