CVS Health is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead architecture and the development of core applications focused on data integration, AI-enabled features, and scalable web services. You will mentor teams, drive end-to-end design, and champion robust DevOps practices across the stack.

You will build interactive dashboards, resilient backend microservices, and integrations with third-party systems while advancing AI-driven capabilities to automate workflows and reveal actionable insights.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on full-stack development, system architecture, and scalable applications.
• Frontend: modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and data visualization libraries (D3.js, Recharts, Highcharts).
• Backend & API: server-side languages/frameworks, scalable microservices, event-driven architectures.
• Data integration: relational and NoSQL databases, ORMs, high-volume data feeds.
• AI integration: AI models/APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), LangChain, vector databases.
• DevOps & Cloud: cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, containers, IaC.
• Problem-solving & communication: translate business needs to technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Architecture & Full Stack Development: lead end-to-end design and development of scalable web applications.
• Dashboarding & Data Visualization: build rich dashboards and interfaces surface complex insights.
• Backend & Data Integrations: design secure APIs and integration layers with diverse data sources.
• AI Enablement: embed AI/ML features to automate workflows and provide intelligent data synthesis.
• DevOps & Cloud: drive CI/CD pipelines, container deployments, and IaC for high availability.
• Operational Excellence: establish monitoring, logging, and performance profiling across the stack.
• Technical Leadership: mentor engineers, set coding standards, and shape the technical roadmap.
• Self Starter: navigate ambiguity by asking stakeholders questions to develop effective solutions.
