Qualifications

• Senior-level software engineer with production systems experience.
• Strong understanding of architecture, data flows, reliability, and production failure modes.
• Backend or backend-leaning full-stack capable and able to deliver end-to-end features.

Responsibilities

• Build customer-facing agentic product experiences that simplify complex, multi-step operational workflows.
• Design and expand systems that allow agents to safely interact with structured data and execute actions.
• Develop end-to-end AI workflows that replace repetitive manual processes.
• Productionize existing AI capabilities and improve reliability, quality, monitoring and failure handling.
• Develop evaluation tooling and define engineering standards for high-quality agentic systems.
• Collaborate with product, engineers, domain experts, and customers to identify AI value.
