Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering with full‑stack ownership and delivery of scalable, production‑grade apps.
- Experience designing, building, and operating agentic AI applications in production.
- Hands‑on with LangGraph and advanced agent orchestration patterns.
- Strong Python, Java, and backend API design skills for cloud‑native services.
- Experience delivering AI powered user experiences (Conversational AI, IVR, generative UI).
- Leadership in architecture reviews, mentoring, and building reusable platform capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI powered capabilities for scalable agentic applications.
- Own full stack components from orchestration to backend services and APIs.
- Lead architecture reviews and guide engineering teams through deployment.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure reliability and production readiness.
