Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer to design enterprise‑grade AI agents and scale agentic workflows across complex environments. You will embed with clients as technologist and trusted advisor, shaping use cases, prototyping, and delivering robust, secure solutions.

The role emphasizes cloud-native engineering, multi-provider AI platforms, and production experience across finance, healthcare, and retail domains, with travel up to the client needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering and SDLC experience.
• 3+ years building agentic AI solutions in production environments.
• Experience with cloud-native systems, APIs, microservices, and containerization.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and multi-provider pipelines (OpenAI, Claude, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, and observability.
• Integrate AI platforms across providers to enable seamless deployment.
• Engineer cloud-native AI systems using Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and serverless.
• Tailor agentic workflows for finance, healthcare, and retail domains.
• Engage with clients to define use cases, prototype quickly, and drive adoption.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans for agent accuracy, latency, and cost.
