Job summary

Trulioo is seeking a Staff Engineer/Architect (Agentic AI Team) to design, build, and own end-to-end agent systems for identity, fraud, risk, and commerce workflows. You will implement steerable, multi-step agent workflows with tool usage and human-in-the-loop patterns in a regulated domain.

You will leverage AI and emerging technologies to boost productivity, decision-making, and continuous improvement while ensuring responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
• Fluency using AI agents in engineering workflows and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own agent systems end-to-end for identity, fraud, risk, and commerce workflows.
• Develop multi-step agent workflows with tool use and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Troubleshoot non-deterministic failures across models, tools, and infra.
• Ensure auditability and compliance in a regulated domain.
• Set and communicate a technical vision for the agent system.
• Leverage AI to improve productivity and optimize processes.
