Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to direct a team of domain experts in designing AI Agent Control. The role focuses on agent identity, authentication, state management, and governance across large-scale systems.

You will drive end-to-end architectures and collaborate with security, data and infrastructure teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in AI-native development, multi-agent ecosystems, and post-training customization.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Experience with AI native software development tools / code assist.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, TypeScript) and software languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understand AI Native design process and principles.
• Experience with cryptographic methods of identity and auth.
• Experience with IDEs, CI/CD pipelines and code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent setups.
• Architect agent identity and authentication for large-scale systems.
• Design post-training and tuning environments.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evaluation criteria.
• Lead and mentor a team of experts in AI agent control.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for balanced outcomes.
• Support business development and IP filings.
